Estamos buscando un profesional técnico que desempeñe un rol clave en la instalación, certificación, implementación y mantenimiento de equipos en las instalaciones de nuestros clientes. El/la candidato/a ideal será proactivo/a, orientado/a a ofrecer un servicio de alta calidad y comprometido/a con la satisfacción del cliente y el cumplimiento de los objetivos operativos del área de Servicios.

Resumen del Puesto

Este puesto es responsable de llevar a cabo actividades de mantenimiento e instalación en los equipos informáticos de nuestros clientes, garantizando el correcto funcionamiento de los mismos y una experiencia positiva para el cliente. Asimismo, será responsable de confeccionar y reportar los Informes de Actividad utilizando las herramientas de gestión establecidas por la Compañía, cumplir con los procesos operativos definidos y contribuir a alcanzar los objetivos establecidos por la Dirección de Servicios.

Customer Engineer

• Desarrolla actividades de análisis/resolución de incidencias y mantenimiento técnico de los equipos de los clientes, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de los mismos y la satisfacción del cliente. • Es responsable de Confeccionar y reportar los Informes de Actividad, acorde con las herramientas de gestión establecidas por NCR ATLEOS • Contribuye y alcanza los Objetivos Operativos marcados por NCR ATLEOS. • Provee soporte hardware y software • Atención y cierre de llamadas de clientes, desde la asignación del trabajo hasta la reparación del incidente del cliente, cumpliendo las métricas establecidas por NCR ATLEOS. • Contribuye a la satisfacción del cliente • Responde a los problemas y preguntas de clientes, utilizando mecanismos de escalación establecidos por NCR ATLEOS en caso de requerirse • Desarrolla un entorno de trabajo en equipo con los compañeros y otros grupos de gestión • Debe establecer un dialogo profesional con el cliente, partiendo de la base que, como Customer Engineer, es la representación de la marca NCR ATLEOS. • Mantiene la custodia, inventario y cuidado de los activos de NCR ATLEOS asignados como herramientas de trabajo para el desempeño de su función (repuesto, software, documentación, propiedad intelectual, etc) • Es responsable de la ejecución y cumplimiento de los procesos establecidos para el correcto desempeño de su función. • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en resolución y análisis de incidentes en equipos de Financial. • Experiencia en electrónica para la detección y resolución de incidencias usando herramientas acordes para ello, soldador, polímetro, etc. • Experiencia en la resolución Hardware y Software en equipos de microinformática. • Experiencia en reparación tanto en la parte Hardware como Software de ATMs. • Experiencia contrastada en el manejo de sistemas operativos (Windows) • Experiencia para la carga de sistemas operativos, detección y resolución de incidencias software. • Requiere disponibilidad para la realización de turnos o guardias definidas en planes rotatorios acorde con los horarios establecidos con los clientes para la realización de los trabajos • Se requiere la posibilidad de trabajos nocturnos para la realización de trabajos en nuestros clientes • Preferiblemente formación en Riesgos Laborales y seguridad en alturas • Se requiere disponibilidad de movilidad para todo el territorio nacional • Localización: Todas las sucursales de NCR ATLEOS.

Requisitos Básicos

• Experiencia previa en mantenimiento técnico, instalaciones o soporte de hardware/software. • Disponibilidad para realizar turnos o guardias rotativas según las necesidades operativas y acuerdos con los clientes. • Disponibilidad para movilidad en todo el territorio nacional. • Capacidad para elaborar informes y manejar herramientas de gestión operativa.

Requisitos Deseables

• Formación o certificación en Riesgos Laborales. • Experiencia en soporte a equipos Financial (cajeros) y sistemas de Networking. • Experiencia trabajando con métricas operativas como (SLA, Productividad, Retrips, Revisitas). • Conocimientos previos en procesos operativos de empresas tecnológicas o de servicios técnicos.
