Qué buscamos para esta posición de Analista de Soporte? 🎯

  • Residencia en CDMX requerida.
  • Experiencia previa con soluciones NDD (NDD Print 360, nddPrint MPS o NDD Orbix).
  • Conocimiento del mercado de servicios de impresión gestionados (outsourcing de impresión).
  • Instalar, configurar y realizar mantenimiento en los productos NDD.
  • Participar y/o actuar como instructor en capacitaciones sobre productos NDD o herramientas de análisis técnico.
  • Atender solicitudes para aclarar dudas, requerimientos o incidentes (identificarlos y resolverlos) según el flujo establecido.
  • Derivar problemas/solicitudes identificadas en incidentes al equipo de desarrollo a través del Service Desk.
  • Consultar y publicar artículos en la base de conocimiento para la resolución de incidentes.
  • Aplicar correcciones de bugs en entornos de clientes.
  • Participar en conferencias con socios y clientes, brindando apoyo técnico.
  • Elaborar informes técnicos sobre problemas en software o entornos del cliente.
  • Ejecutar migraciones de versión según procesos definidos.
  • Encaminhar demandas para análisis de viabilidad a través del Service Desk.
  • Recoger evidencias para tareas técnicas y análisis de incidentes críticos.
  • Apoyar a Técnicos y Analistas en atenciones cuando sea necesario.
  • Monitorear el sistema de licenciamiento para evitar interrupciones.
  • Validar nuevas versiones en ambiente de pruebas.
  • Analizar incidentes y decidir sobre apertura de ISSUES o descarte.
  • Hacer seguimiento y escalar prioridades de bugs y demandas.
  • Intermediar conflictos con clientes por reincidencias, rupturas de SLA u otros.
  • Participar en reuniones diarias para el intercambio de información con el equipo.
  • Preparar entornos de prueba para nuevos colaboradores.
  • Fomentar que clientes/socios respondan encuestas de satisfacción.

Será un plus si conoces: 📌

  • Sistemas operativos Windows y Linux
  • Microsoft Management Console (servicios, visor de eventos, IIS)
  • Redes (protocolos, capas, servicios)
  • Bases de datos (SQL)
  • Acceso remoto a servidores (Remote Desktop, Any Desk)
  • Herramientas de monitoreo de procesos: Process Explorer, TCP View, Filemon, PSTOOLS, Wireshark.
