Vi söker nu projektledare för flera konsultuppdrag hos vår kund, en ledande aktör inom försvarsindustrin i Linköping. Uppdragen passar både juniora och seniora profiler och innebär en central roll i att planera, leda och samordna komplexa projekt med höga krav på kvalitet, struktur och leveransprecision. Som projektledare ansvarar du för att driva projekt från initiering till avslut och säkerställa att uppsatta mål nås inom överenskommen tid, budget och kvalitet. Du arbetar nära projektteam, interna funktioner och externa intressenter för att skapa framdrift och säkerställa effektiva leveranser. Om uppdraget I rollen som projektledare har du ett övergripande ansvar för projektets planering, genomförande och uppföljning. Du säkerställer tydlig styrning, effektiv resursanvändning och god kommunikation genom hela projektets livscykel. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter omfattar: Leda och samordna projekt från initiering till avslut. Upprätta och följa upp projektplaner, tidplaner, budget och resursplanering. Säkerställa att projektmål, leveranser och milstolpar uppnås enligt överenskommen plan. Identifiera, analysera och hantera risker, möjligheter och avvikelser. Rapportera projektstatus avseende tid, ekonomi och omfattning till styrgrupp och ledning. Säkerställa att beslut fattas i rätt forum och vid rätt tidpunkt. Leda projektmöten, workshops och avstämningar samt samordna tvärfunktionella projektteam. Upprätta och underhålla styrande projektdokumentation. Bygga och utveckla goda relationer med kunder, leverantörer och interna intressenter. Säkerställa att leveranser uppfyller verksamhetens kvalitetskrav samt följer etablerade processer och styrmodeller. Driva kontinuerliga förbättringar och erfarenhetsåterföring inom projektverksamheten. Rollen innebär även mandat att prioritera aktiviteter, fatta operativa beslut inom tilldelade ramar samt eskalera risker och problem till styrgrupp eller ledning vid behov.

Din Profil Erfarenhet av att leda och driva projekt i komplexa verksamheter. Dokumenterad erfarenhet av projektplanering, uppföljning och rapportering. Erfarenhet av tvärfunktionellt arbete med flera olika intressenter. God kunskap om projektledningsmetodik och etablerade styrmodeller. Erfarenhet av budgetarbete och ekonomisk uppföljning. Kunskap inom riskhantering och förändringsledning. God förståelse för verksamhetsstyrning och affärsmål. Projektledningscertifiering såsom PMP, PRINCE2 eller motsvarande. Förmåga att skapa struktur, driva framdrift och säkerställa leveranser enligt uppsatta mål.

Meriterande Tidigare erfarenhet av projektledning inom försvarsindustrin, flygindustrin eller annan tekniskt komplex verksamhet. Erfarenhet av projekt med höga krav på kvalitet, dokumentation och strukturerad uppföljning. Personliga egenskaper Vi söker dig som är en trygg och engagerad ledare med förmåga att skapa struktur och framdrift även i komplexa projektmiljöer. Du är kommunikativ, lösningsorienterad och beslutsmässig samt har lätt för att samarbeta med olika funktioner och intressenter. Du arbetar strukturerat och målinriktat, tar ansvar för projektets resultat och har förmågan att skapa engagemang och goda samarbeten inom projektorganisationen.
