Vi söker nu en strategisk inköpare (Sourcing Manager) till ett spännande och långsiktigt uppdrag hos vår kund inom försvarsindustrin i Linköping. Här får du möjlighet att arbeta i en internationell och teknikintensiv verksamhet där affärsstrategi, leverantörssamarbete och avancerad teknik möts. Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av att driva komplexa affärer och som trivs i en roll med stort kommersiellt ansvar, många kontaktytor och långsiktiga leverantörsrelationer. Om uppdraget Som strategisk inköpare får du en central roll i att utveckla och säkerställa långsiktigt hållbara affärsupplägg med kundens leverantörer. Du ansvarar för hela den kommersiella processen, från inköpsstrategi och avtalsförhandling till uppföljning av leverantörernas prestationer. Du arbetar nära funktioner inom produktion, utveckling, marknad och eftermarknad i en internationell miljö där affärerna ofta är komplexa och tekniskt avancerade. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Utveckla och implementera inköpsstrategier inom definierade områden. Förhandla kommersiella villkor och upprätta leverantörsavtal. Leda och koordinera tvärfunktionella leverantörsteam. Etablera, utveckla och underhålla långsiktiga leverantörsrelationer. Följa upp och analysera leverantörers prestationer avseende kostnad, ledtid, kvalitet och leveransförmåga. Driva strategiska initiativ med fokus på affärsnytta, effektivitet och långsiktig utveckling. Säkerställa ett helhetsperspektiv på kostnader och affärsvärde genom hela produktlivscykeln. Din Profil Akademisk examen inom ekonomi eller annan relevant disciplin. 3 års erfarenhet från affärsdrivna roller, exempelvis strategiskt inköp, upphandling eller kontraktshantering. Erfarenhet av kommersiella förhandlingar i komplexa och internationella miljöer. Förmåga att förstå och analysera totalkostnader ur ett livscykelperspektiv. Erfarenhet av tvärfunktionellt samarbete i större organisationer. Ett tekniskt intresse och förståelse för tekniskt komplexa verksamheter. God förmåga att bygga och utveckla långsiktiga affärsrelationer. Mycket god kommunikationsförmåga på svenska och engelska, i både tal och skrift. Ett strukturerat och affärsmässigt arbetssätt med förmåga att självständigt driva initiativ framåt. Det är särskilt relevant om du har erfarenhet från tekniska projekt eller verksamheter inom försvar, flyg eller industriell produktion.
