Vi söker en erfaren strategisk inköpare till ett långsiktigt uppdrag hos ett högteknologiskt bolag inom flyg- och försvarssektorn. Du får ansvar för leverantörer inom ett definierat segment och arbetar nära verksamheten i en internationell, produktnära och säkerhetsmedveten miljö. Det här är ett uppdrag för dig som vill arbeta nära avancerad teknik och komplexa leverantörskedjor i en verksamhet där inköpsfunktionen har tydlig betydelse för produkt, leverans och långsiktig kapacitet. Rollen ger möjlighet att kombinera strategiskt inköp med relationsbyggande i en internationell flyg- och försvarsteknisk miljö. Om uppdraget: Som strategisk inköpare blir du en viktig del av kundens inköpsorganisation. Ditt fokus ligger på att utveckla och hantera leverantörsrelationer inom ett specifikt segment samt bidra till långsiktigt hållbara inköpsbeslut. Rollen kräver både kommersiell skärpa och god samarbetsförmåga. Du behöver kunna växla mellan strategiskt arbete, relationsbyggande och de operativa frågor som uppstår i en verksamhet där kvalitet, leveransförmåga och struktur är centrala. Du kommer bland annat att: Ansvara för och utveckla relationer med leverantörer inom ett definierat segment. Driva strategiskt inköpsarbete utifrån verksamhetens behov. Medverka i kommersiella dialoger och avtalsförhandlingar. Följa upp leverantörer och bidra till välgrundade inköpsbeslut. Samarbeta med interna funktioner och relevanta kontaktytor i organisationen. Ta ansvar även utanför det egna kärnområdet när situationen kräver det. Arbeta strukturerat i kundens processer och systemstöd. Din Profil Du har flera års erfarenhet av strategiskt inköp eller en likvärdig roll och är van att självständigt driva frågor med både interna och externa parter. Du kombinerar ett strategiskt perspektiv med ett pragmatiskt arbetssätt och har lätt för att skapa förtroende i professionella relationer. Som person är du ansvarstagande, samarbetsorienterad och trygg i sociala sammanhang. Du ser till helheten, bidrar där det behövs och kan navigera i en tekniskt avancerad organisation med höga krav på kvalitet och tillförlitlighet. -Flera års erfarenhet som strategisk inköpare eller i en likvärdig roll. -Relevant eftergymnasial utbildning. -Mycket god förmåga att samarbeta och bygga professionella relationer. -Förmåga att tänka och agera strategiskt. -Mycket god engelska i tal och skrift. -Möjlighet att genomgå den säkerhetsprocess som krävs för uppdraget. Meriterande: -Erfarenhet av avtalsförhandling. -Erfarenhet av arbete i ERP-system. -Erfarenhet från flygindustrin, försvarssektorn eller annan säkerhetskänslig och tekniskt avancerad verksamhet.
