Om uppdraget NDP söker en TMO Planning Specialist till ett stort ERP-transformationsprogram (OneERP Ecosystem Programme) hos en av våra kunder i Lund. Du äger den integrerade programplaneringen, överblicken över resurser och den programövergripande riskhanteringen över flera tranches och utrullningsprojekt. Ditt arbete ger programledningen en samlad och aktuell bild av leveransen, så att man kan agera innan begränsningar blir kritiska. Uppdraget är hybrid och sträcker sig till 2027-06-30 med start 2026-11-09.

Arbetsuppgifter Bygga och underhålla programplanen och etablera en gemensam milstolpestruktur och planeringsrytm över utrullningsprojekten. Följa upp milstolpar och beroenden samt tidigt identifiera konflikter, beroenden och leveransrisker mellan projekten. Ha en levande överblick över allokering, beläggning, tillgänglighet och prognostiserat behov i leveransteamen. Förutse resursbrist och toppbelastning och stödja beslut om omfördelning, rekrytering och prioritering. Förvalta ett aktivt riskregister med tydligt ägarskap och eskaleringsvägar. Kombinera plan-, resurs- och riskdata för att synliggöra sårbarheter de kommande månaderna. Modellera scenarier och omplanera vid förändringar i omfattning, tidplan eller resurser.

Vi söker dig som har Stark planeringsbakgrund från stora ERP- eller transformationsprogram. Dokumenterad erfarenhet av integrerad programplanering, inklusive milstolpar och beroenden mellan projekt. Specifik erfarenhet av resurshantering eller kapacitetsplanering vid sidan av tidplanshantering. Starka analytiska färdigheter och förmåga att arbeta direkt med plan- och resursdata. Trygghet i att kommunicera med seniora intressenter och översätta komplex information till tydliga slutsatser. Ett strukturerat och detaljorienterat arbetssätt med helhetsperspektiv på programmet. Förmåga att etablera nya planeringsfunktioner och samtidigt driva den löpande verksamheten.

Meriterande Erfarenhet av att koppla leveransplaner till faktisk resurskapacitet.
