Accountabilities:

  • Help establish and improve engineering practices for source control, build processes, and deployment.
  • Design and implement effective data storage solutions.
  • Optimize application performance to maximize speed, reliability, and scalability.
  • Gather feedback from users and clients and translate it into practical software improvements.
  • Analyze client requirements and contribute to defining appropriate technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical leaders to support project execution, delivery planning, and timely completion.
  • Work closely with client teams and distributed colleagues to ensure effective communication and successful delivery.
  • Apply AI-native development tools and practices to improve engineering workflows and explore emerging AI capabilities.
  • Contribute to testing, code reviews, and collaborative development processes that maintain high engineering standards.
  • Significant professional experience delivering software at a senior engineering level, typically at least eight years of commercial experience.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, including hands-on experience with React.
  • Practical experience developing backend applications with Python.
  • Experience using AI-native development practices and tools.
  • An understanding of AI and agentic workflows, along with an interest in emerging large language model technologies.
  • Experience delivering software in an Agile environment and building solutions for real-world business needs.
  • Strong knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, including relevant testing tools.
  • Practical experience working with databases and cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with collaborative software development practices, including pull requests and code reviews.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Nice to have: Experience developing AI applications and working with agentic frameworks or platforms such as LangGraph or Agentspace.
  • Current residence in the United States and authorization to work in the country without sponsorship. Visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to client sites within the United States as required.
  • Salary: $150,000–$180,000 annually, plus an annual company bonus and benefits. Final compensation depends on skills, experience, and other job-related factors.
  • Annual company bonus: Share in company profits based on overall business performance.
  • Remote and flexible working: Work remotely with flexibility designed to support work-life balance.
  • Flexible time off: Flexible annual leave, public holidays, sick leave, marriage leave, and additional leave options.
  • Remote working allowance: Up to €1,250, or the equivalent in USD, every two years to support your home workspace, alongside essential equipment provided when you join.
  • Training and development allowance: Support for relevant learning opportunities and ongoing professional development, subject to manager approval.
  • Healthcare: Additional private healthcare coverage.
  • 401(k) plan: Employer matching of up to 4%, with no minimum entry requirements and immediate vesting of employer contributions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
