Vill du kombinera ledarskap med ett operativt ansvar i produktionen? Nu söker vi en produktionsledare till ett bolag i Skaraborg. Här får du möjlighet att arbeta nära verksamheten, utveckla arbetssätt och skapa förutsättningar för att både människor och produktion ska lyckas.

Vi söker dig som trivs med att vara närvarande i vardagen, skapa struktur och driva arbetet framåt. I rollen får du ett tydligt ansvar för produktionens resultat och möjlighet att påverka både teamets utveckling och verksamhetens effektivitet.

DIN VARDAG HOS OSS Som produktionsledare ansvarar du för att leda och fördela det dagliga arbetet inom produktionen. Du arbetar dagtid och säkerställer att produktionen följer plan med fokus på kvalitet, leveransprecision och en god arbetsmiljö.

Du finns nära teamet, stöttar i operativa frågor och ser till att arbetet fungerar smidigt i vardagen. Samtidigt driver du förbättringsarbete och samarbetar med andra funktioner för att utveckla flöden, hitta lösningar och nå verksamhetens uppsatta mål.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM Du har erfarenhet av en ledande roll inom produktion, exempelvis som teamledare eller produktionsledare. Du är trygg i ditt ledarskap, tycker om att arbeta nära verksamheten och har förmågan att skapa engagemang, tydlighet och struktur i ditt team.

Vi tror att du: -Har erfarenhet av att leda och fördela arbete inom produktion. -Trivs i en operativ roll där du är närvarande och tillgänglig för teamet. -Är strukturerad och har förmåga att skapa ordning och tydlighet i det dagliga arbetet. -Är lösningsorienterad och kan hantera utmaningar som uppstår i produktionen. -Har ett intresse för förbättringsarbete och vill utveckla arbetssätt och processer. -Kommunicerar tydligt och har lätt för att skapa engagemang och samarbete. -Har du dessutom erfarenhet från tillverkande industri ser vi det som meriterande.
