Engtex AB utvecklar och tillverkar tekniska textilier för kunder inom en rad olika branscher och marknader. Företaget har en lång historia inom svensk textilproduktion och bedriver idag produktion i Ulricehamn. Under 2025 omsatte Engtex cirka 231 MSEK och hade 66 anställda. Företaget befinner sig i en positiv utveckling och har under de senaste åren fortsatt att investera i och utveckla verksamheten.

Tjänstebeskrivning

Vi söker nu sömnadsoperatörer till Engtex i Ulricehamn. Tjänsten är på heltid och du kommer att arbeta i produktionen med körning och övervakning av maskiner.

Du arbetar tillsammans med kollegor i mindre arbetslag om 2–3 personer, där ni gemensamt ansvarar för att övervaka maskinerna och se till att produktionen flyter på. Arbetet kräver att du är uppmärksam och får en god förståelse för hela processen, så att du kan upptäcka avvikelser och bidra till att undvika onödiga stopp i produktionen.

Anställningen inleds med upplärning på dagtid. När du är färdig med upplärningen övergår arbetstiden till tvåskift.

Har du tidigare erfarenhet av att köra maskiner inom textilindustrin ser vi det som mycket meriterande. Vi söker gärna dig som har erfarenhet från liknande produktion och som kan bidra med dina kunskaper samtidigt som du är öppen för att lära dig Engtex arbetssätt och processer.

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av arbete inom industri eller produktion, gärna som maskinoperatör. Har du arbetat inom textil- eller processindustri ser vi det som meriterande.

För att trivas i rollen behöver du vara noggrann och kvalitetsmedveten, då det ställs höga krav på kvalitet genom hela produktionen. Du behöver också vara flexibel och kunna anpassa dig efter olika arbetsuppgifter och arbetstider.

Arbetet sker till stor del i mindre arbetsgrupper, vilket innebär att du behöver trivas med att samarbeta och bidra till gruppen. Samtidigt förväntas du kunna arbeta självständigt, ta ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter och våga ta egna initiativ när situationen kräver det.

Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet och söker dig som har ett genuint engagemang, en vilja att lära och ett intresse för produktion och processer. Har du truckkort är det meriterande, men inget krav.

Uppdraget är långsiktigt och för rätt person finns möjlighet till fortsatt anställning hos Engtex. Därför ser vi gärna att du söker dig hit med ambitionen att stanna och utvecklas över tid.
