Missão da vaga:

Realizar as manutenções mecânicas previstas nos planos de manutenção, por meio de inspeções, intervenções e ensaios específicos realizados em campo, visando garantir a qualidade e o prazo das entregas.

Atividades:

1. Manutenções

Realizar manutenções mecânicas preventivas e preditivas em equipamentos elétricos seguindo os planos de manutenção e periodicidade visando o pleno funcionamento e cumprimento do planejamento de manutenção;

2. Análise de falhas

Realizar análise e identificação de problemas mecânicos em equipamentos eletromecânicos quando acionado e atuar no plano de ação para solucioná-lo (manutenções corretivas), garantindo o pleno funcionamento do equipamento e conservação;

3. Inspeções rotineiras

Realizar inspeções rotineiras, conforme check list, em equipamentos mecânicos identificando indícios de falhas ou problemas, levantando demandas de manutenções preventivas objetivando evitar paradas não programadas;

4. Manobras

Solicitar e conferir manobras de isolamento mecânico nos equipamentos da usina para garantir as condições de segurança requeridas por normas regulamentadoras visando a segurança no processo;

5. Liberação de equipamentos

Solicitar liberação de equipamentos ao Centro de Operações para realização de manutenções mecânicas, através de comunicação e registro das demandas corretivas, assegurando o planejamento das manutenções preventivas e corretivas programadas;

6. Cumprir com a SSO

Cumprir os procedimentos de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho reportando ao gestor qualquer ato/condição insegura, visando assegurar sua integridade física e mental;

7. Descarte de resíduos

Descartar os resíduos gerados nas atividades da usina conforme os procedimentos de gerenciamento de resíduos garantindo a correta destinação e conformidade ambiental.

8. Cumprir SSO

Cumprir os procedimentos de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho reportando ao gestor qualquer ato/condição insegura, visando assegurar sua integridade física e mental;

9. Cumprir Meio Ambiente e Qualidade

Cumprir os procedimentos de Meio Ambiente e Qualidade para garantir a manutenção e eficácia do Sistema de Gestão da empresa visando o cumprimento com os requisitos legais.

CNH: Categoria B; Escolaridade: Curso Técnico em Mecânica completo; Disponibilidade de viajar; Morar em Cataguases/MG ou Leopoldina

Atuações prévias e conhecimentos em usinas hidrelétricas.

Pacote Office intermediário; Informática básica; Manutenção preditiva, preventiva e corretiva em equipamentos de usinas de geração de energia; NR 10, 11,12, 33 e 35; Equipamentos de usinas de geração de energia, Subestações e linhas de transmissão (Geradores, reguladores de tensão e velocidade, transformadores de correntes, transformadores de potencial, disjuntores, para-raios, cabos, estruturas de linhas de transmissão de concreto e metálicas); Interpretação de diagramas unifilar e trifilar (conhecimento básico); Conhecimento básico de grandezas elétricas (ex.: tensão, corrente, frequência e potência); Utilização multímetros e detector de tensão; Sistemas de manutenção (SISMETRO); Sistemas de supervisório.
