  • Identify and prioritize technical SEO fixes based on impact and effort
  • Work directly with development teams to support implementation of technical recommendations
  • Evaluate and monitor Core Web Vitals and site performance metrics

  • Optimize existing content for relevance, structure, and discoverability
  • Recommend schema and structured data implementations where appropriate
  • Support development of scalable content strategies (templates, programmatic approaches, etc.)

SEO Automation & Workflow Tooling

  • Leverage automation tools (e.g., AirOps, n8n, or similar platforms) to scale SEO workflows
  • Help design repeatable processes for research, analysis, and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual SEO work through automation and integrations
  • Collaborate with technical team members to build or improve internal tooling and dashboards
  • Contribute ideas for improving internal SEO delivery efficiency through automation

Search Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor organic performance across rankings, traffic, crawl metrics, and engagement signals
  • Build clear reporting and performance summaries for clients
  • Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations
  • Track and analyze search algorithm changes and industry shifts

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering teams on technical implementations
  • Partner with content teams on content planning and optimization
  • Support client conversations with clear, data-backed explanations
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and SEO research initiatives

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
  • Strong technical SEO foundation (crawl/indexation/rendering/site architecture)
  • Experience working with Google Search Console, analytics platforms, and SEO toolsets
  • Experience working with developers and understanding technical implementation constraints
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with large or technically complex websites

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
