As a Product Engineer at Needletail, you will be at the forefront of developing scalable systems that drive our innovative solutions. You will work on cutting-edge projects, particularly in the realm of artificial intelligence and agentic systems, to enhance our product offerings. Your role will involve designing, building, and maintaining full-stack applications that are robust, efficient, and scalable. ## Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable systems end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Work with AI and agentic technologies to enhance product capabilities.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a full-stack engineer.
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with scalable systems and architecture.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence and agentic systems.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
