Für unser eingespieltes Verpackungsservice Team in Untersiggenthal suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte, dienstleistungsorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit, die mit uns gemeinsam etwas bewegen möchte.

Das packst du an – Deine Aufgaben:

  • Führung \& fachliche Weiterentwicklung eines 7\-köpfigen Aussendienstteams
  • Personal\- und Einsatzplanung für effiziente Projektabwicklung beim Kunden
  • Kundenberatung in Verpackungsmethodik und Entwicklung passender Lösungen
  • Organisation \& Koordination komplexer Verpackungsprojekte von A bis Z
  • Stetige Prozessoptimierungen gewährleisten unter Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Normvorschriften

Das bringst du mit – Dein Profil:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder handwerkliche Grundbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Auftrags\- oder Verkaufsabwicklung, idealerweise im Produktionsumfeld
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kunden\-, Service\- und Teamorientierung
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
