Im Zuge der weiteren Professionalisierung und nachhaltigen Weiterentwicklung suchen wir eine erfahrene, unternehmerisch denkende und gestaltungsstarke Persönlichkeit als

Leiter Finanzen \& Administration (m/w/d), Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung

Ihre

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische und operative Leitung des Finanzbereichs sowie ausgewählter zentraler Dienste inklusive personeller Führung der zuständigen Fach\- und Linienverantwortlichen
  • Gewährleistung einer belastbaren, vorausschauenden finanziellen Steuerung über Finanz\- und Betriebsbuchhaltung, Controlling, Liquiditätsmanagement, Budgetierung, Forecasting und Reporting
  • Mitwirkung an der strategischen Ausrichtung und nachhaltigen wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung der Organisation als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung
  • Professionalisierung der finanziellen Führungs\- und Steuerungsinstrumente, insbesondere in den Bereichen Kennzahlen, Prozesse, Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Risikomanagement
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der organisatorischen und digitalen Weiterentwicklung mit Fokus auf wirksame Veränderungsprozesse sowie den gezielten Einsatz von Automatisierung und KI
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Immobilienportfolios sowie Verantwortung für dessen wirtschaftliche, nachhaltige und gesetzeskonforme Bewirtschaftung und Werterhalt
  • Steuerung externer Dienstleister sowie Verantwortung für Immobilienbudgets, Unterhalt, Investitionsplanung und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für GL und SR

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen und mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Führungs\-/Managementfunktion.
  • Fundierte finanzielle, betriebswirtschaftliche und strategische Kompetenz und Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung von Organisationen, Strukturen und Prozessen sowie hohe Affinität für Digitalisierung und neue Technologien
  • Unternehmerische und ganzheitliche Denkweise sowie eine authentische und verbindliche Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Führungs\-, Kommunikations\- und Sozialkompetenz
