Steuerexpertin / Steuerexperte mit Führungsambitionen? Sie führen einen etablierten Steuerbereich, entwickeln Mitarbeitende weiter, beraten anspruchsvolle Unternehmen und Unternehmerpersönlichkeiten und bringen Ihre Ideen direkt in die Geschäftsleitung ein. Gleichzeitig bietet sich Ihnen die Möglichkeit, eine wichtige Nachfolgeregelung aktiv mitzugestalten und den weiteren Ausbau des Standorts in der Ostschweiz an zentraler zu prägen.

  • Sie führen ein eingespieltes Team und entwickeln Menschen genauso wie den Fachbereich weiter.
  • Sie beraten Unternehmen und Privatpersonen in komplexen steuerlichen Fragestellungen.
  • Sie begleiten spannende Projekte von der Umstrukturierung bis zur Unternehmensnachfolge.
  • Sie agieren als vertrauensvoller Sparringpartner für anspruchsvolle Kundinnen und Kunden.
  • Sie prägen die Zukunft des Steuerbereichs aktiv mit.
  • Sie bringen Ihre Ideen direkt in die Geschäftsleitung ein.
  • Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für die nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung eines etablierten Beratungsunternehmens.

Ihr Profil

  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über den Titel dipl. Steuerexpertin / dipl. Steuerexperte oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Sie bringen fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Steuerberatung sowie breites Fachwissen in nationalen und unternehmerischen Steuerfragen mit.
  • Sie denken unternehmerisch und verbinden fachliche Exzellenz mit pragmatischen, kundenorientierten Lösungen.
  • Sie überzeugen durch Ihr sicheres Auftreten, Ihre Kommunikationsstärke und Ihre hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung.
  • Sie haben Freude daran, Mitarbeitende zu fördern, weiterzuentwickeln und als Team erfolgreich zu machen.
  • Sie pflegen bestehende Kundenbeziehungen aktiv und verstehen es, langfristiges Vertrauen aufzubauen.
