Är du student och vill jobba extra hos en av Nordens mest välkända modeåterförsäljare? NELLY söker nu timanställda kundservicemedarbetare för extraarbete vid behov.

Är du snabb i fingrarna, älskar att hjälpa människor och söker ett flexibelt extrajobb vid sidan av studierna? Har du ett flexibelt studieschema och möjlighet att hoppa in när behov uppstår? Då kan det här vara något för dig!

Vi söker framför allt dig som kan arbeta extra under vardagar dagtid, men även vissa kvällar och helger när verksamheten behöver förstärkning. Behovet är som störst under vår peakperiod mellan november och januari, men möjligheter till extraarbete finns även löpande under året.

Om rollen

Som kundservicemedarbetare är du en viktig del av kundens upplevelse av Nelly. Du hjälper våra kunder via olika kanaler och arbetar tillsammans med teamet för att hitta lösningar som skapar nöjda kunder.

Arbetet är timbaserat vid behov och passar dig som studerar och vill fylla lediga luckor i schemat med ett utvecklande extrajobb. Vi ser gärna att du har möjlighet att arbeta främst vardagar dagtid när övriga teamet är på plats, men även vissa kvällar och helger vid behov.

Placering är på vårt kontor i Borås och arbetet sker i hybridform.

Vem söker vi?

Vi tror att du:

  • Studerar på högskola, universitet eller annan eftergymnasial utbildning
  • Har ett flexibelt schema och möjlighet att arbeta extra främst under vardagar dagtid
  • Är serviceinriktad och tycker om att hjälpa människor
  • Är lösningsorienterad och tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter
  • Har god datorvana och lätt för att sätta dig in i nya system
  • Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska, både i tal och skrift
  • Trivs i ett högt tempo och kan hantera flera uppgifter samtidigt

Tidigare erfarenhet av kundservice är meriterande men inget krav - det viktigaste är att du har rätt inställning och vill lära dig.
