Atuar na área Financeira, auxiliando na análise de diversas atividades pertinentes à rotina financeira; atuando no lançamento, controle e cobrança de serviços; apoiando as atividades relacionadas a contas a receber e contas a pagar; auxiliando no controle de fluxo de caixa; reportando aos superiores às liquidações de títulos do contas a pagar e receber, bem como realizando demais atividades.

✨ Principais responsabilidades:

  • Realizar conferência de movimentações bancárias e apoiar nas conciliações financeiras no sistema Datasul;
  • Apoiar na elaboração de relatórios de contas a pagar e receber para projeção de fluxo de caixa;
  • Organizar comprovantes e documentos financeiros para auditorias e controles internos;
  • Organizar documentos para captação de recursos;
  • Auxiliar no processo de antecipação de recebíveis;
  • Realizar processo de fechamento contábil mensal;
  • Auxiliar na identificação e tratativa de divergências financeiras;
  • Monitorar vigência e negociação de apólices de seguros;
  • Acompanhar prestação de contas de despesas de viagens;
  • Prestar suporte às áreas internas, fornecedores e instituições financeiras.

✨ Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Contabilidade, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento ou experiência em rotinas de contas a pagar e/ou receber;
  • Conhecimento básico em CNAB, operações bancárias, Inteligência Artificial e sistema Datasul será um diferencial;
  • Excel intermediário.
