Description du poste :

Pour accompagner la croissance du groupe, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe.

En rejoignant nos équipes en tant que consultant productibles post-construction vous interviendrez sur une première mission chez l’un de nos clients.

Vous serez impliqué.e sur les tâches suivantes :

1 - Gestion des productibles Suivre l'évolution des Productibles attendus de chaque centrale (Eolien et Solaire) Participer à la gestion de la Base de Données interne des Productibles. Celle-ci va évoluer en 2027 et le/la candidat.e prendra le rôle de Chef de Projet afin de s'assurer que cette nouvelle base de données s'articule bien avec l'écosystème Data de l'entreprise. L'outil sera déjà réalisé a priori, il conviendra plutôt de le recetter. Tâche bonus : réalisation d'études de productibles post-construction (méthodologie interne)

2 - Analyse de Performance des centrales en Exploitation Réaliser des analyses de performances ad hoc (préférentiellement en éolien, mais le PV est un plus) Préparer les revues de performance trimestrielles (tâche partagée avec le reste de l'équipe) Proposer une assistance technique aux exploitants pour le suivi de performance des centrales

Le profil recherché

Diplômé.e d’une école d’ingénieur, vous avez envie de booster votre carrière en multipliant les missions sur des projets innovants chez les plus grands industriels français et internationaux.

  • Le candidat doit avoir une bonne connaissance du secteur des énergies renouvelables, avec une expérience de 3 à 5 ans.
  • Il doit savoir réaliser des études de productible, en éolien et/ou en solaire, avec 3 à 5 ans d’expérience.
  • Il doit être capable d’analyser la performance des centrales éoliennes et/ou solaires, avec également 3 à 5 ans d’expérience.
  • Il doit savoir coder en Python et/ou en R, avec 3 à 5 ans de pratique.
  • Il doit maîtriser Power BI, un niveau de 0 à 2 ans d’expérience suffisant.

Compétences transverses et savoir-être

  • Il doit savoir animer des équipes et des sujets en transverse, avec 3 à 5 ans d’expérience.
  • Il doit avoir de bonnes capacités de synthèse, avec 3 à 5 ans d’expérience.
  • Il doit avoir un esprit technique (Technical Thinking), un niveau de 0 à 2 ans d’expérience suffisant.
  • Il doit montrer un intérêt marqué pour les solutions digitales, un niveau de 0 à 2 ans d’expérience suffisant.
