Description du poste :

Pour accompagner la croissance du groupe, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe projet.

En rejoignant nos équipes en tant que Coordinateur Chantier OPC, vous interviendrez sur une première mission chez l’un de nos clients, leader dans le domaine des technologies de pointe]. Rattaché à une équipe, vous interviendrez sur un projet de construction neuve

Vous serez impliqué.e sur les tâches suivantes :

Planification et coordination des travaux

  • S’approprier rapidement l’organisation du projet, le planning directeur et l’état d’avancement du chantier.
  • Assurer la coordination opérationnelle des différents macro-lots TCE : génie civil, gros œuvre et lots techniques (CVC, électricité, fluides industriels, réseaux…).
  • Analyser les interfaces entre les lots, anticiper les conflits de coactivité et optimiser les séquences d’intervention.
  • Suivre l’avancement des travaux, analyser les écarts planning et proposer des actions correctives.
  • Animer les réunions de coordination et assurer le suivi des décisions et des plans d’actions.

Suivi et reporting auprès de la MOA

  • Assurer un reporting régulier sur l’avancement des travaux et le respect des jalons.
  • Identifier les points de blocage et alerter sur les risques susceptibles d’impacter le planning.
  • Assurer l’interface entre la MOA, la maîtrise d’œuvre (MOE), les entreprises de travaux et les équipes HSE.
  • Veiller à la bonne circulation de l’information et à la cohérence des interventions sur le chantier.

Le profil recherché

  • Formation supérieure en génie civil, BTP ou management de projet.
  • Expérience confirmée en OPC, coordination de travaux TCE ou pilotage de chantier industriel.
  • Bonne connaissance des métiers du génie civil et des lots techniques.
  • Maîtrise des méthodes de planification, de suivi d’avancement et de gestion des interfaces.
  • Autonomie, rigueur, réactivité, capacité d’anticipation et bon relationnel.

Une expérience sur des projets industriels complexes constitue un atout majeur.
