Description du poste :

Pour accompagner la croissance du groupe, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe de E&I superintendent.

En rejoignant nos équipes en tant que E&I superintendent, vous interviendrez sur une mission chez l’un de nos clients.

Vous serez impliqué.e sur les tâches suivantes :

  • Responsabilités, au sein de l'équipe E&I Sécurité et qualité Faire respecter les règles de sécurité du site avec le département HSE Garantir la conformité de l'installation aux plans du projet et aux standards qualité AL E&C Vérifier que les inspections suivent les plans d'inspection (avec le support QA/QC), les MoS et les JSA Suivre le dossier qualité Mener des audits qualité des sous-traitants avec le responsable qualité du site Obtenir les certifications nécessaires pour tous les éléments de l'usine Management et pilotage Encadrer 3 à 5 superviseurs E&I Suivre l'avancement du chantier par rapport au planning Alerter le chef de chantier en cas de dérive Anticiper les activités à venir à un niveau macro Contribuer à l'élaboration et à la mise à jour du planning de construction et de pré-mise en service Suivre l'avancement des fournisseurs Coordination Animer les réunions quotidiennes de coordination du chantier Valider chaque semaine l'avancement avec les superviseurs, à l'aide des outils de suivi du projet Organiser des réunions hebdomadaires avec l'ingénierie pour le suivi des anomalies Technique et contractuel Suivre et évaluer les modifications de conception (AFC) pour maîtriser les quantités, et assister les bureaux d'études Aider le spécialiste contrats à valider ou rejeter les travaux supplémentaires selon les spécifications Rédiger les spécifications avec l'équipe projet selon le périmètre à réaliser sur site Retour d'expérience Capitaliser les points positifs et négatifs du projet dans un dossier de capitalisation E&I en fin de projet

Le profil recherché

  • Formation technique en électricité
  • Idéalement au moins 15 ans d'expérience en électricité et instrumentation sur sites industriels
  • Nomination comme responsable électrique pour la mise en service BT, selon la réglementation locale (NEN 3140)
  • Mission estimée à 2 ans minimum
