Description du poste :

Pour accompagner la croissance du groupe, nous cherchons à renforcer nos équipes HSE.

Devenir consultant chez NEO2, c'est :

En rejoignant nos équipes en tant que Superviseur HSE, vous interviendrez sur une première mission chez l'un de nos clients, acteur majeur du secteur de l'environnement et de la valorisation des déchets en région Centre-Val de Loire. Rattaché(e) au Responsable HSE du site, vous serez garant(e) du respect des règles de santé, sécurité et environnement auprès des équipes opérationnelles et des entreprises extérieures. Vous serez impliqué(e) sur les missions suivantes :

  • Veiller à l'application des règles HSE sur le terrain et s'assurer du respect des procédures de sécurité.
  • Animer les causeries sécurité et sensibiliser les équipes aux bonnes pratiques HSE.
  • Réaliser des audits terrain, inspections sécurité et visites comportementales.
  • Participer à l'élaboration et au suivi des plans de prévention et permis de travail.
  • Identifier les situations à risque et proposer des actions correctives et préventives.
  • Suivre les incidents, accidents et presqu'accidents, puis participer aux analyses de causes.
  • Mettre à jour les indicateurs HSE et assurer le reporting auprès de la direction.
  • Participer aux analyses de risques et à la mise à jour de la documentation réglementaire.
  • Accompagner les managers opérationnels dans le déploiement des actions d'amélioration continue.
  • Veiller au respect des exigences environnementales et réglementaires du site.

Le profil recherché :

Diplômé(e) d'un Bac +2 à Bac +3 avec une spécialisation Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement ou équivalent, vous souhaitez développer vos compétences au travers de projets variés au sein de grands groupes industriels. Vous justifiez idéalement d'une première expérience de 6 mois à 2 ans sur un poste en supervision / coordination HSE ou QHSE en environnement industriel.

Vous possédez :

  • Une bonne connaissance des fondamentaux HSE et de la réglementation associée.
  • Une forte présence terrain et une capacité à faire appliquer les règles de sécurité.
  • Un excellent relationnel et une bonne capacité de communication.
  • De la rigueur, de l'autonomie et un esprit d'analyse.
