Description du poste :

Pour accompagner la croissance du groupe, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe de Validation Nettoyage.

En rejoignant nos équipes en tant que chargé(e) de Validation Nettoyage, vous interviendrez sur une première mission chez l’un de nos clients pharmaceutique lié à un gros projet de plusieurs années.

Vous serez impliqué.e sur les tâches suivantes :

Validation de nettoyage

  • Rédaction des protocoles et rapports de validation de nettoyage.
  • Réalisation des prélèvements sur équipements.
  • Recueil et analyse des résultats des prélèvements.
  • Définition des critères d’acceptation en lien avec les exigences qualité.
  • Suivi des lots de validation et des essais associés sur le terrain.

Validation de procédés de fabrication

  • Rédaction des protocoles et rapports de validation des procédés de fabrication.

Le profil recherché

Vous avez une expérience en Validation Nettoyage et maîtrisez l’ensemble des activités associées, depuis la rédaction des protocoles et rapports jusqu’à la réalisation des prélèvements, l’analyse des résultats, la définition des critères d’acceptation et le suivi des lots de validation. Véritable profil terrain, vous appréciez être au plus près des opérations et interagir avec les équipes afin d’assurer le bon déroulement des activités de validation.

Une expérience en validation de procédés de fabrication serait appréciée, de même qu’une participation à des projets de transfert industriel. Enfin, vous disposez d’un niveau d’anglais B2+ minimum et êtes parfaitement à l’aise aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit dans un environnement international.
