Description du poste :

Pour accompagner la croissance du groupe, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe d'Ingénieur Électricité Confirmé - H/F

En rejoignant nos équipes en tant que Chef de projet industrialisation - H/F, vous interviendrez sur une première mission chez l’un de nos clients, leader industriel des infrastructures critiques. Rattaché à une équipe projet, vous interviendrez sur des projets d’industrialisation de nouveaux produits, de leur conception jusqu’à leur mise en production, dans un environnement industriel exigeant et multiculturel.

Vous serez impliqué.e sur les tâches suivantes :

  • Piloter l'industrialisation de nouveaux produits.
  • Coordonner les équipes.
  • Définir et suivre le planning, les coûts et les risques du projet.
  • Être l'interface privilégiée entre le client et les équipes projet.
  • Assurer le reporting projet et le suivi des indicateurs de performance.

Le profil recherché

Diplômé.e d’une école d’ingénieur ou d’une formation équivalente, vous souhaitez évoluer sur des projets d’industrialisation à forte valeur ajoutée auprès des plus grands acteurs industriels français et internationaux.

Reconnu.e pour votre sens de l'organisation, votre leadership et votre capacité à fédérer des équipes pluridisciplinaires, vous justifiez d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets industriels ou en industrialisation.

Vous disposez d’une expérience significative dans le pilotage de projets, la coordination des parties prenantes, le suivi des indicateurs de performance et la gestion de la relation client.

Vous maîtrisez les outils de gestion de projet et êtes à l’aise dans un environnement industriel exigeant et multiculturel.

Vous parlez anglais.

Vous êtes mobile dans les hauts de France
