Description du poste :

Pour accompagner la croissance du groupe, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe de logistique.

En rejoignant nos équipes en tant que chef de projet logistique, vous interviendrez sur une première mission chez l’un de nos clients, leader mondial dans son domaine d'activité. Rattaché à une équipe, vous interviendrez sur un projet de standardisation et modernisation des magasins.

Vous serez impliqué.e sur les tâches suivantes :

Standardisation du fonctionnement des magasins

  • Réaliser une analyse approfondie des pratiques existantes sur le terrain.
  • Identifier les écarts de fonctionnement entre les différents magasins.
  • Définir et déployer des standards opérationnels communs.
  • Mettre en place une culture magasin orientée performance, qualité et respect des processus.

Modernisation et digitalisation des activités

  • Piloter les projets de transformation digitale des magasins.
  • Participer à l'évolution et au déploiement des outils SAP, notamment les modules liés à la gestion d'entrepôt.
  • Définir les besoins métiers et accompagner leur mise en œuvre.
  • Conduire le changement auprès des équipes opérationnelles.

Optimisation et réduction des stocks

  • Réaliser des analyses de stock approfondies.
  • Identifier les articles à faible ou sans rotation.
  • Définir des plans d'actions visant à réduire les stocks dormants et les risques d'obsolescence.
  • Améliorer la fiabilité des données et des processus de gestion de stock.

Le profil recherché

Diplômé.e d’une diplôme BAC+ 5 (école d’ingénieur ou équivalent), vous avez envie de booster votre carrière en multipliant les missions sur des projets innovants chez les plus grands industriels français et internationaux.

Vous avez une capacité d’adaptation et d'autonomie.

Vous justifiez de 5 années d’expérience ou plus sur un poste similaire.

Vous connaissez l'environnement SAP.

Vous aimez le terrain.

Vous connaissez le fonctionnement de la gestion d'entrpôts logistique (industriel de préférence mais sans obligation).
