Notre rôle ? Nous détachons nos consultants ingénieurs, experts techniques et chefs de projets, pour assister nos clients industriels dans la réalisation de leurs projets stratégiques.

Profil recherché : Chef de projet Supply confirmé (3 à 5 ans d’expérience minimum)

  • Forte compétence en logistique et flux physiques/informatiques.
  • Très bonne maîtrise d’un ERP.
  • Aisance avec les sujets EDI / échanges de données informatisées.
  • Bonne culture Lean management et optimisation de flux.
  • Anglais courant, capable d’animer des réunions (collaboration IT Groupe + fournisseurs).

Missions Principales :

Projet 1 – Mise en place de l’EDI avec les magasins externes

  • - Automatiser les échanges entre ERP interne et WMS externe.
  • - Coordonner : IT Groupe, logistique interne, prestataire externe.
  • - Travailler sur sécurité des données, serveurs, flux informatiques, documents transport, BL, mouvements ERP.

Projet 2 – Refonte du flux physique d’entrée des composants

  • Travail à mener :
  • - redéfinition des flux,
  • - aspects documentaires et contractuels (Qualité + fournisseurs + plateforme logistique),
  • - coordination des parties prenantes.

Projet 3 – Mapping complet des flux logistiques

  • Réaliser un diagnostic détaillé d’une gamme de produits :
  • - flux palette par palette,
  • - flux d’informations,
  • - doublons, pertes de temps...
  • Objectif : identifier des pistes d’optimisation.
