Description du poste :

Pour accompagner la croissance du groupe, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe de Chef de projet pré-construction éolien.

En rejoignant nos équipes en tant que Chef de projet pré-construction éolien vous interviendrez sur une mission chez l’un de nos clients.

Sous la responsabilité hiérarchique du responsable construction éolien, vous appuyez les chefs de projet développement et construction dans la transition entre ces deux phases en réalisant et coordonnant les études et actions nécessaires. En particulier, vous rassemblez et synthétisez les données d’entrée des projets, listez et entreprenez les actions nécessaires à la contractualisation des autorisations foncières et au financement. Véritable coordonnateur de la phase pré-construction des projets, vous assurez un support et une aide à la stratégie et à la décision de la direction et développez les process et les outils pour atteindre ces objectifs. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble des services de la société (bureau d’études, construction, contractuel, juridique, comptable, HSE, raccordement réseau, géomatique, développement).

Vous serez impliqué.e sur les tâches suivantes :

  • Analysez l’ensemble des données d’entrée pour en déduire les actions à entreprendre en amont du chantier,
  • Planifiez et/ou réalisez les étapes de fin de développement (signature des baux, autorisations modificatives…) et veillez au respect des délais
  • Lancez et/ou coordonnez les études externes (géotechnique, géomètre, bureaux d’études environnementales, productible, etc.)
  • Etablissez les plannings projets dans leurs phases de pré-construction
  • Intervenez dans le process du Q&A du financement en collectant les informations demandées auprès des services de développement et de construction
  • Coordonnez et assurez du respect des délais des obligations CRE (dépôts de garantie, notifications d’éventuels changements…)

Le profil recherché

Diplômé.e d’une école d’ingénieur, vous avez envie de booster votre carrière en multipliant les missions sur des projets innovants chez les plus grands industriels français et internationaux.

Vous avez une capacité d’adaptation.

Vous justifiez d'au moins 1 année d’expérience sur un poste similaire.

Vous êtes mobile en IDF
