Description du poste :

Pour accompagner la croissance du groupe, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe de Conducteur de Travaux.

En rejoignant nos équipes en tant que Conducteur de Travaux CET ou CEA, vous interviendrez sur des projets tertiaires et industriels d'envergure, en Ile-de-France.

Rattaché(e) à la direction de travaux, vous serez en charge du pilotage des travaux relatifs aux corps d'états architecturaux et/ou corps d'états techniques, depuis la préparation jusqu'à la réception des ouvrages.

Vous évoluerez sur des opérations nécessitant une forte coordination entre les différents intervenants afin de garantir la qualité d'exécution , le respect des délais et la satisfaction du client.

Vous serez impliqué.e sur les tâches suivantes :

  • Planifier, organiser et piloter les travaux en garantissant le respect du planning et des objectifs du projet.
  • Coordonner les entreprises, sous-traitants et différents corps d'état intervenant sur les opérations.
  • Assurer le suivi technique, financier et contractuel des travaux, ainsi que le reporting auprès de la direction de projet.
  • Contrôler la conformité des réalisations aux plans, aux prescriptions techniques et aux exigences qualité du projet.
  • Anticiper les contraintes chantier, gérer les interfaces entre les lots et proposer des solutions adaptées aux aléas rencontrés.
  • Participer aux opérations de réception, à la levée des réserves et à la livraison des ouvrages.

Le profil recherché

Issu(e) d'une formation en bâtiment, génie civil ou équivalent, vous avez envie de booster votre carrière en intervenant sur des projets innovants.

Vous justifiez de 3 à 10 ans d'expérience en conduite de travaux et vous disposez d'une bonne connaissance des corps d'états architecturaux (cloisons, faux plafonds, menuiseries etc.) et/ou des corps d'états techniques (CFO/CFA, CVC, Plomberie etc.).

Vous êtes doté d'un sens de l'organisation, de l'anticipation et du travail en équipe.
