Description du poste :

Pour accompagner la croissance du groupe, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe de Contract Manager.

En rejoignant nos équipes en tant que Contract Manager, vous interviendrez sur une première mission chez l’un de nos clients. Rattaché à une équipe, vous interviendrez sur un projet de transition dans le secteur du ferroviaire.

Vous serez impliqué.e sur les tâches suivantes :

Gestion du contrat d'AMOS&CP :

  • Suivi et formalisation des modifications et évolutions de contrat
  • Gestion du flux d'informations pour formaliser les échanges et conserver une trace de tout événement
  • Montage des dossiers de demandes de rémunérations complémentaires
  • Rédaction de courriers dans le cadre de la défense des intérêts du client
  • Remontée d'informations et collaboration avec la direction juridique pour anticiper risques et contentieux
  • Participation aux réunions principales de revue de projet et aux réunions de négociation avec le client
  • Contribution au développement d'activité : animation du réseau, amélioration de la qualité de la production et des prestations
  • Coordination de la préparation interne des réunions d'avancement et de coordination avec le client

Assistance au pilotage contractuel du marché de l'ensemblier (SdT) :

  • Assistance au maître d'ouvrage en réunion de pilotage du marché
  • Émission d'avis et conseils contractuels en matière de stratégie contractuelle, courriers, avenants et réclamations émis par l'ensemblier

Livrables attendus :

  • Courriers contractuels concernant le marché de l'ensemblier
  • Reporting AMOS&CP

Le profil recherché

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur ou formation équivalente (Bac+5).
  • Expérience de 5 à 10 ans en gestion contractuelle ou en Contract Management.
  • Une expérience sur des projets d'infrastructure, de construction, de transport, d'énergie ou d'industrie constitue un atout majeur.
  • Excellente maîtrise du Contract Management.
  • Solide connaissance des marchés publics et/ou des contrats privés.
  • Bonne compréhension des mécanismes de réclamations (claims), des avenants et de la gestion des risques contractuels.
  • Connaissance des principaux modèles contractuels (CCAG, FIDIC, NEC ou contrats EPC appréciée).
  • Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
