Description du poste :

Pour accompagner la croissance du groupe, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe de Chargé d'affaires Process.

En rejoignant nos équipes en tant que Chaff Process, vous interviendrez sur différents projets pour nos clients avec des interfaces multi-métiers.

Vous serez impliqué.e sur les tâches suivantes :

  • Recueillir et analyser les besoins des parties prenantes afin de définir les solutions techniques adaptées.
  • Réaliser les études de faisabilité technique et économique, établir les estimations CAPEX/OPEX et proposer des variantes techniques.
  • Coordonner les études multidisciplinaires (procédés, électricité, automatisme, instrumentation, utilités) et assurer la conformité aux exigences réglementaires.
  • Élaborer les cahiers des charges, dossiers de consultation et documents techniques nécessaires à la réalisation des projets.
  • Participer à la consultation des fournisseurs, à l'analyse des offres et à la sélection des entreprises.
  • Construire et piloter les plannings de projet, depuis l'avant-projet jusqu'à l'exécution des travaux.
  • Superviser les travaux sur site, coordonner les intervenants et contrôler la conformité des réalisations.
  • Animer les réunions de projet et de chantier, assurer le reporting et le suivi des performances.
  • Organiser et suivre les essais, la réception des installations et leur mise en service.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue par le retour d'expérience et la capitalisation des bonnes pratiques.

Le profil recherché

  • Expertise en installation générale industrielle, tuyauterie industrielle et réseaux de fluides.
  • Maîtrise de la gestion de projets industriels et des investissements (CAPEX/OPEX).
  • Connaissance des études de conception et d'exécution ainsi que des outils de CAO 2D/3D (Autocad).
  • Expérience du pilotage de projets multidisciplinaires en environnements agroalimentaire, pharmaceutique ou chimie fine.
  • Maîtrise des réglementations industrielles et des exigences HSE (ICPE, ATEX, Code du travail, analyse des risques, plans de prévention)

Vous faites également preuve d’une grande capacité d’écoute, de compréhension et d’empathie envers vos clients et leurs besoins. Vous avez conscience de l’importance du respect de la confidentialité dans vos échanges.
