Notre groupe compte plus de 800 collaborateurs et intervient auprès de grands comptes dans les secteurs de l’Energie, l’Environnement, la Pharmaceutique, la Santé, l'Agroalimentaire...

Aujourd’hui, implantés en France à Paris, Rennes et Lyon, nous recherchons pour notre agence de Lyon un Chargé d'étude H/F.

Description du poste :

Intégré(e) au sein de l'équipe d'ingénierie, vous participez aux études de conception et d'exécution d'installations industrielles.

À ce titre, vous êtes notamment chargé(e) de :

Études et conception

  • Réaliser les relevés sur site industriel.
  • Élaborer les plans d'implantation générale.
  • Concevoir les routages de tuyauteries et équipements.
  • Réaliser les plans guides et plans d'ensemble.
  • Produire les plans de détails, isométriques et dossiers de fabrication.
  • Réaliser les maquettes 3D des installations (suite Autodesk 2D/3D).

Coordination projet

  • Participer aux réunions techniques avec les ingénieurs et chefs de projet.
  • Assurer l'interface avec les disciplines procédés, mécanique, électricité et instrumentation.
  • Intégrer les contraintes d'exploitation, de maintenance et de sécurité.
  • Vérifier la cohérence technique des documents produits.

Documentation

  • Mettre à jour les plans existants.
  • Participer à la constitution des dossiers techniques.
  • Assurer la gestion documentaire selon les procédures qualité KEMTEC.

Le profil recherché

  • Bac+2 à Bac+3 de type BTS CPI, BTS CRCI, DUT Génie Mécanique ou équivalent.
  • Une spécialisation en conception industrielle ou tuyauterie est appréciée.
  • Débutant accepté pour un profil motivé.
  • Idéalement 3 à 10 ans d'expérience en environnement industriel.

Compétences techniques

  • Maîtrise de la lecture de PID (P&ID).
  • Connaissances en tuyauterie industrielle.
  • Connaissances des installations de procédés.
  • Maîtrise d'au moins un logiciel CAO/DAO : AutoCAD Plant 3D REVIT Inventor
  • Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office.
