Description du poste :

Pour accompagner la croissance du groupe, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe d'un Ingénieur Méthodes / Industrialisation mécanique spécialisé en moyens de production et outillages.

En rejoignant nos équipes en tant qu'Ingénieur Méthodes / Industrialisation mécanique spécialisé en moyens de production et outillages, vous interviendrez sur une première mission chez l’un de nos clients, grand groupe industriel international développant des solutions et équipements techniques pour des environnements industriels exigeants. Rattaché à une équipe, vous interviendrez sur un projet d'intégration de nouveaux produits nécessitant de repenser l'implantation de l'atelier et de concevoir de nouveaux outillages. Cette mission hybride vise à définir et mettre en œuvre les moyens de production, tout en assurant un support technique quotidien et dynamique aux équipes de fabrication.

Vous serez impliqué.e sur les tâches suivantes :

Industrialisation & Structuration : Elaboration du schéma industriel et vérification du dimensionnement des moyens pour garantir la tenue des cadences cibles. Contribution à la révision du plan d'implantation de l'atelier pour accueillir les nouveaux produits.

Conception des outillages & Moyens de production : Concevoir (modélisation 3D sous Solidworks, mise en plan, cotation fonctionnelle), intégration et qualification des nouveaux outillages spécifiques. Rédaction des plans de qualification et d'essais, et rédaction des spécifications d'approvisionnement.

Ingénierie simultanée & Méthodes : Contribution aux revues de conception pour guider les choix de l'ingénierie et garantir la faisabilité industrielle. Rédaction et tenir à jour la documentation de production (gammes, mode opératoire, plans de fabrication, de contrôle, fiches d'instruction).

Gestion ERP & Nomenclatures : Création, Structuration, optimisation et mise à jour des nomenclatures de production et des temps de passage au sein du système ERP.

Support terrain & Résolution de problèmes : Assurer un support technique réactif auprès de l'atelier et aux parties intéressé . Traitement des non-conformités, définir les plans d'actions associés, et réaliser les analyses d'impact

Amélioration continue & HSE : Amélioration de l'ergonomie et la sécurité, optimiser les flux

Le profil recherché

Diplômé.e d’une école d’ingénieur, vous avez envie de booster votre carrière en multipliant les missions sur des projets innovants chez les plus grands industriels français et internationaux.

Vous disposez d'une expertise en milieu industriel avec une maîtrise solide des procédés de fabrication (chaudronnerie, soudage, usinage, ...) et des produits mécano-soudés.

Vous maîtrisez la CAO (Solidworks), vous avez une compréhension approfondie d'un ERP/PLM et une lecture courante de documentation technique (PID, plans).

Vous maitrisez la documentation en anglais.

Vous êtes mobile en région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes
