Créée en 2008, KEMTEC est une société d'ingénierie spécialisée dans les métiers du process et des infrastructures industrielles.

Notre groupe compte plus de 800 collaborateurs et intervient auprès de grands comptes dans les secteurs de l’Energie, l’Environnement, la Pharmaceutique, la Santé, l'Agroalimentaire, Infrastructure / BTP, Naval, Défense, etc sur des projets industriels ou digitaux.

Description du poste :

Pour accompagner la croissance du groupe, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe "Process".

En rejoignant nos équipes en tant que Ingénieur Procédé, vous interviendrez sur des projets à enjeux. Vous serez impliqué.e sur les tâches suivantes :

• Réaliser les études de procédés : bilans matière et énergie, dimensionnement des équipements, élaboration et vérification des PID.

• Piloter ou contribuer aux études de faisabilité et aux avant-projets (APS/APD) pour des installations industrielles et énergétiques.

• Rédiger les spécifications techniques et cahiers des charges nécessaires à la consultation des fournisseurs et sous-traitants.

• Assurer l'interface avec les autres disciplines du projet (mécanique, électricité, automatisme, HSE) pour garantir la cohérence globale des études.

• Participer aux revues de conception, analyses de risques procédés (HAZOP) et études de sécurité.

• Assurer le suivi technique des projets en phase réalisation, jusqu'aux essais, à la mise en route et aux garanties de performance.

• Être un interlocuteur technique de référence pour les clients sur le périmètre process.

Le profil recherché

Formation d'ingénieur généraliste ou spécialisé (génie des procédés, génie chimique, énergétique, ou équivalent).

• Maîtrise des outils de simulation de procédés appréciée (Aspen Plus/HYSYS ou équivalent).

• Bonne connaissance des outils de conception et de représentation des procédés (PID, DAO).

• Connaissance des référentiels réglementaires applicables aux installations industrielles (ICPE, ATEX, DESP) appréciée.

• Anglais professionnel souhaité
