Description du poste :

Pour accompagner la croissance du groupe, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe sur le poste de Responsable Administratif(ve) et Financier(e)

En rejoignant nos équipes en tant que Responsable Administratif(ve), Financier(e), RH, vous interviendrez en tant que véritable bras droit des dirigeants.

Vous serez impliqué.e sur les tâches suivantes :

Vos missions :

Finances

  • Contrôle de gestion des différentes entitées
  • Négociation et suivi des contrats fournisseurs et sous-traitants
  • Suivi des paiements clients, de la trésorerie et du contrôle de gestion
  • Suivi des commandes, de la facturation et des achats
  • Élaboration de prévisionnels et suivi de la masse salariale
  • Déclarations diverses (douanes, OPCO, taxe d'apprentissage...)
  • Suivi des litiges et relation avec les avocats

Administration et Ressources Humaines

  • Participation aux recrutements, intégration et suivi des collaborateurs
  • Gestion administrative complète des contrats (rédaction, avenants, ruptures)
  • Paie, congés, notes de frais, déplacements et ordres de mission
  • Réalisation des entretiens professionnels
  • Gestion des conventions de stage et suivi des stagiaires
  • Veille RH et conformité réglementaire (URSSAF, Inspection du Travail, élections CSE)
  • Contrôle et validation des temps passés (Boond, pointages projets)

Qualité

  • Traçabilité documentaire et suivi de la GED
  • Création et mise à jour des outils de pilotage internes
  • Rédaction et mise à jour des procédures

SSE (Sécurité, Santé, Environnement)

  • Pilotage du système de management HSE (plan d'actions, budget, reporting MASE)
  • Accueils sécurité, contrôles, suivi des habilitations, formations, EPI et visites médicales
  • Suivi et analyse des situations dangereuses et des accidents
  • Animation de causeries sécurité et développement de la culture sécurité

Profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée sur des missions Administration des finances, RH, et QHSE similaires, idéalement dans le secteur de l'ingénierie / génie des procédés
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils bureautiques et informatiques / Environnement Microsoft + IA
  • Bonne connaissance des réglementations liées à ses domaines d'activité
  • Anglais opérationnel
  • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités
  • Autonomie, sens de l'initiative et capacité à faire face aux imprévus
  • Excellent relationnel, aisance à l'oral comme à l'écrit
  • Discrétion et respect de la confidentialité
