Description du poste :

Pour accompagner la croissance du groupe, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe projet.

En rejoignant nos équipes en tant que Ingénieur Planification, vous interviendrez sur une première mission chez l’un de nos clients, leader dans le domaine des énergies. Rattaché à une équipe, vous interviendrez sur un projet de grande ampleur.

Vous aurez notamment pour responsabilités :

  • Élaborer et mettre à jour les plannings du projet sur Primavera P6, notamment pour les phases d'approvisionnement et de construction ;
  • Assurer le suivi de l'avancement des travaux sur site et analyser les écarts entre le planning prévisionnel et l'avancement réel ;
  • Suivre et analyser l'avancement des différents contractants et sous-traitants ;
  • Identifier les dérives planning, analyser leurs causes et contribuer à la mise en place d'actions correctives ;
  • Élaborer et suivre les courbes de mobilisation des effectifs (manpower curves) ;
  • Collecter, consolider et analyser les données d'avancement provenant des équipes chantier et des entreprises intervenantes ;
  • Préparer les reportings quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels liés à la phase construction ;
  • Participer à la préparation des reportings destinés au client ;
  • Assurer la cohérence des données de planning entre les différents intervenants du projet ;
  • Participer aux réunions de coordination et présenter les indicateurs d'avancement et les éventuelles dérives ;
  • Contribuer au suivi des jalons et des objectifs contractuels du projet.

Le profil recherché

Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation supérieure de niveau Bac+3 à Bac+5, idéalement en ingénierie, sciences ou gestion de projet, et justifiez de :

  • 15 ans d'expérience minimum en planification de projets industriels ;
  • Une expérience significative en planification de travaux sur site ;
  • Une maîtrise avancée de Primavera P6 ;
  • Une expérience confirmée du suivi de projets de construction industrielle ;
  • Une bonne connaissance du suivi de l'avancement des entreprises et sous-traitants ;
  • Une bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel
  • Une capacité à travailler dans un environnement international et multiculturel.

Une expérience préalable sur des projets dans un environnement industriel est indispensable.
