Description du poste :

Les responsabilités du cadre études de prix sont :

Analyser les plans et les cahiers des charges pour déterminer les besoins en matériaux, en main-d'oeuvre et en équipements pour la réalisation des travaux de réhabilitation

Collecter les données nécessaires pour établir des devis précis et détaillés

Chiffrer les coûts des travaux en tenant compte des prix du marché, des délais de réalisation et des contraintes techniques

Proposer des solutions techniques et économiques pour optimiser les coûts des travaux

Participer à l'élaboration des offres commerciales et à la négociation des contrats avec les clients

Assurer un suivi des coûts tout au long de la réalisation des travaux et proposer des ajustements si nécessaire

Le profil recherché

Le profil recherché est le suivant :

Diplôme d'ingénieur en génie civil, en bâtiment ou équivalent

Expérience significative dans le chiffrage et l'estimation des coûts de travaux

Bonne connaissance des normes du bâtiment et des réglementations en vigueur

Capacités à lire et interpréter des plans et des cahiers des charges

Maîtrise des outils informatiques de chiffrage et de gestion des coûts (logiciels de CAO/DAO, Excel, logiciels de chiffrage)

Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et précision dans le travail

Bonnes capacités relationnelles et de négociation
