Description du poste :

Pour accompagner la croissance du groupe, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe de Salon de Provence.

En rejoignant nos équipes en tant que planificateur, vous interviendrez sur une première mission chez l’un de nos clients, un des leaders de l'environnement. Rattaché à une équipe, vous interviendrez sur un projet de construction industrielle.

Vous serez impliqué.e sur les tâches suivantes :

• Etablissement du planning général de projets sous Primavera P6 ou Ms Project

• Détailler le planning des études en s’appuyant sur les logiques d'un planning standard

• Identifier et planifier toutes les interfaces avec toutes les parties prenantes du projet

• Mise en place d’un système d’avancement physique général en ligne avec le planning de référence

• Mise à jour mensuelle (ou hebdomadaire) du planning

• Mise en place et émission de rapport d’avancement (hebdomadaires et mensuels)

• Etudes du ou des chemin(s) critique(s)

• Support /aide à la décision au Directeur de Projet et au Project Engineering Manager

• Participation active aux réunions de projet internes et avec le Client

• Support aux activités du service planning (plannings en phase offre, suivi de petits projets)

Le profil recherché

• mini. 5 ans d’expérience en planification

• Expériences requises sur projets EPC dans l’industrie (avec montage électromécanique, coordination étude-achats-construction, gestion d'interfaces entre plusieurs corps d'état)

• Expérience requise en planification et suivi des études réalisées par un bureau d'étude interne

• Maîtrise de Primavera P6 et Ms Project nécessaire

• Autonome

• Aptitudes et intérêt à comprendre des documents techniques (plans, schémas, maquette 3D)

• Bonnes capacités à communiquer

• Capacité à traiter plusieurs projets en parallèle (gestion du temps et des priorités)
