Description du poste :

Pour accompagner la croissance du groupe, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe de préventeurs HSE.

En rejoignant nos équipes en tant que préventeur HSE, vous interviendrez sur une première mission chez l’un de nos clients spécialisé dans le transport de gaz naturel.

Vous serez impliqué.e sur les tâches suivantes :

Prévention et culture sécurité

  • Accompagner les équipes dans l'application de la politique HSE de l'entreprise.
  • Promouvoir et faire vivre la culture sécurité auprès des collaborateurs et sous-traitants.
  • Veiller au respect des 6 risques majeurs identifiés (électrique, gaz, etc.).
  • Déployer et animer les différents rituels sécurité : VSI VSIP Revues sécurité Autres démarches de prévention
  • Sensibiliser les équipes aux "10 règles qui sauvent".

Conseil technique et analyse des risques

  • Réaliser des analyses de risques et études de prévention.
  • Apporter un appui technique sur des sujets tels que : risques incendie, risques liés aux fortes chaleurs et canicules, risques industriels, risques liés aux activités travaux.
  • Participer à l'élaboration et à l'amélioration des dispositifs de prévention.

Suivi opérationnel

  • Réaliser des visites terrain auprès des agences et sites d'exploitation.
  • Accompagner les responsables opérationnels dans leurs problématiques HSE.
  • Participer au suivi et à l'analyse des indicateurs sécurité (KPI).
  • Contribuer aux démarches d'amélioration continue.

Déplacements

  • Environ 15 visites terrain par an, principalement durant la période estivale, lors des activités travaux.

Le profil recherché

  • Bac+5 avec une spécialisation HSE, maîtrise des risques, sécurité industrielle ou domaine équivalent.

Expérience

Nous sommes ouverts à plusieurs niveaux d'expérience :

  • Jeune diplômé avec alternance ou stages significatifs en HSE.
  • Profil expérimenté en prévention des risques industriels.

Environnements appréciés

Une expérience ou une forte sensibilité aux secteurs suivants est particulièrement recherchée :

  • Oil & Gas
  • Énergie (RTE, Enedis, producteurs d'énergie)
  • Nucléaire
  • Industrie à fortes contraintes réglementaires et sécurité

Une culture du "point d'arrêt sécurité" et des environnements à hauts risques constitue un réel atout.

Compétences attendues

Techniques

  • Prévention des risques professionnels.
  • Analyse des risques.
  • Gestion des déchets et enjeux environnementaux.
  • Maîtrise des outils de suivi HSE et indicateurs de performance.
  • Connaissance des réglementations SSE.

Soft skills

  • Excellent relationnel.
  • Capacité à dialoguer avec des interlocuteurs variés.
  • Sens du partage et de la pédagogie.
  • Esprit de consensus et force de conviction.
  • Capacité à rapidement s'intégrer dans une nouvelle culture d'entreprise.
