Description du poste :

Pour accompagner la croissance du groupe, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe de Responsable Energie - Environnement.

En rejoignant nos équipes en tant que Responsable Energie - Environnement, vous interviendrez sur une première mission chez l’un de nos clients, qui est un acteur international spécialisé dans le développement et la production d'ingrédients d'origine naturelle issus de la fermentation. L'entreprise accompagne les industriels de l'agroalimentaire dans l'amélioration du goût, de la qualité nutritionnelle et de la durabilité de leurs produits grâce à des solutions innovantes. Vous gérerez une équipe de 4 personnes, vous interviendrez sur un projet de stratégie de performance et de décarbonation, notre client crée un poste clé de Responsable Énergie & Environnement sur l'un de ses principaux sites industriels franciliens. Ce rôle offre une opportunité unique de piloter la transition énergétique d'un site de process complexe, tout en contribuant activement aux enjeux environnementaux et RSE du groupe avec un objectif ZERO empreinte carbone.

Vous serez impliqué.e sur les tâches suivantes :

  • Définir et déployer la stratégie énergie et environnement du site afin d'améliorer durablement ses performances.
  • Optimiser les consommations et les coûts des utilités (électricité, gaz, vapeur, eau, air comprimé) et piloter les achats d'énergie.
  • Assurer le suivi de la performance énergétique, animer la démarche ISO 50001 et conduire les audits énergétiques.
  • Garantir la conformité environnementale du site, assurer la veille réglementaire et gérer les relations avec les autorités compétentes.
  • Piloter des projets techniques et des investissements visant à réduire l'empreinte environnementale et améliorer l'efficacité industrielle.
  • Manager l'équipe Environnement et fédérer les différents services autour des enjeux de performance énergétique, de développement durable et d'amélioration continue.

Le profil recherché

  • Formation Ingénieur ou Master 2 avec une spécialisation en énergie, thermique ou génie des procédés.
  • Expérience confirmée (8 ans minimum) dans un environnement industriel de process, idéalement en agroalimentaire, pharmacie ou chimie.
  • Solides compétences en gestion de l'énergie, utilités industrielles, thermique, électricité industrielle et réglementation environnementale.
  • Maîtrise des référentiels et outils liés à la performance énergétique (ISO 50001, audits énergétiques, bilan carbone, outils de suivi et de monitoring).
  • Capacité à piloter des projets transverses, à manager des équipes et à fédérer différents interlocuteurs autour d'objectifs communs.
  • Profil analytique, force de proposition, sensible aux enjeux de développement durable et capable d'évoluer dans un environnement international grâce à un bon niveau d'anglais (B1/C2).
