Description du poste :

Pour le compte d'un client spécialisé dans l'ingénierie de projets dans le secteur de l’énergie et de l’environnement, nous recherchons un Site Manager capable de manager de la construction jusqu'à la mise en service d'une unité de méthanisation. Le site manager est sur le terrain et est le représentant de la société jusqu'à la remise aux équipes d'exploitation et de maintenance. Le Site Manager se verra assigné les tâches/responsabilités suivantes : -Gérer toute la préparation des activités de construction (prise en compte du plan, du budget, du planning, des contrats, des régulations locales...) -Si besoin, créer des procédures spécifiques à la réalisation du projet -Organiser toute la démobilisation des équipes sur site et assurer la remise aux équipes d'exploitation et maintenance -Clarifier l'interface entre les contractants via des planning -Effectuer les réunions au besoin -Effectuer les reportings sur les indicateurs de performance (construction et mise en service)

Le profil recherché

-Expérience dans un poste similaire sur des projets en mode EPC -Bonne connaissance des règles HSE en phase de construction et mise en service -Bonne connaissance en assurance qualité/contrôle de la qualité -Expérience dans la coordination d'équipes multiculturelles -Bon niveau d'anglais requis (C1 idéalement) -Expérience dans les domaines suivants : biogaz, biomasse, recyclage, eau, papeterie, éolien, énergies
