Description du poste :

Pour accompagner la croissance du groupe, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe de superviseur de chantier électricité.

En rejoignant nos équipes en tant que superviseur de chantier électricité, vous interviendrez sur une première mission chez l’un de nos clients, acteur majeur de l'agroalimentaire.

Vous serez impliqué.e sur les tâches suivantes :

  • Supervision de travaux électriques, maintenance ou suivi d’installations industrielles ;
  • Audit et analyse d’installations électriques ;
  • Identification des écarts et définition des actions correctives ;
  • Pilotage de prestataires et d’entreprises extérieures ;
  • Gestion de projets et suivi de plusieurs sujets simultanément.

Le profil recherché

  • Formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 en électricité, électrotechnique ou génie électrique.
  • Expérience significative en électricité industrielle, idéalement dans un environnement industriel.
  • Expérience en suivi, supervision et pilotage de travaux électriques.
  • Bonne maîtrise de l’analyse et de l’audit d’installations électriques.
  • Capacité à identifier les anomalies, analyser les écarts et définir les actions correctives.
  • Expérience dans le pilotage de prestataires et d’entreprises extérieures.
  • Solides compétences en gestion de projet, avec la capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets simultanément.
  • Connaissances des installations HT/BT et idéalement des contrôles Q18/Q19.
  • Autonomie, rigueur et bon relationnel, avec une réelle capacité à travailler avec les équipes opérationnelles.
  • Une première expérience dans le secteur agroalimentaire serait un plus.
