Description du poste :

Pour accompagner la croissance du groupe, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe de Surveillant de chantier.

En rejoignant nos équipes en tant que Surveillant de chantier, vous interviendrez sur une première mission chez l’un de nos clients, acteur majeur du secteur nucléaire.

Rattaché(e) aux équipes projet, vous interviendrez directement sur le terrain, dans le cadre d’un projet d’envergure nécessitant une surveillance rigoureuse des travaux de génie civil et notamment des opérations de ferraillage.

Vous serez notamment impliqué(e) sur les tâches suivantes :

  • Assurer la surveillance et le suivi des travaux sur chantier.
  • Contrôler la bonne réalisation des travaux conformément aux plans, spécifications et exigences du projet.
  • Assurer une surveillance particulière des travaux de ferraillage : mise en place des armatures, respect des plans de ferraillage, dispositions constructives et conformité avant bétonnage.
  • Contrôler les opérations de coffrage et bétonnage.
  • Vérifier la conformité des travaux réalisés et identifier les éventuels écarts ou non-conformités.
  • Assurer le suivi de l’avancement des travaux et remonter les éventuels points bloquants.
  • Coordonner les différents intervenants présents sur le chantier.
  • Participer aux réunions de chantier et assurer le reporting auprès des équipes projet.

Le profil recherché

Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur en génie civil, BTP ou construction, vous disposez d’une expérience significative en surveillance ou suivi de travaux sur chantier.

Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise du ferraillage et du gros œuvre et êtes capable de contrôler techniquement la réalisation des travaux directement sur le terrain.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre autonomie, votre sens de l’observation et votre capacité à communiquer avec les différents intervenants chantier.

Vous justifiez idéalement de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience minimum sur un poste similaire.

Une expérience dans le secteur nucléaire ou sur des projets industriels complexes est un plus.

Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils de suivi et de reporting de chantier (microsoft project)

La connaissance des exigences liées aux environnements nucléaires serait appréciée.
