Als (Senior) Projekt Manager (m/w/d) behältst Du auch in komplexen Web- und Digitalprojekten den Überblick – insbesondere in anspruchsvollen Umfeldern mit Behörden, öffentlichen Auftraggebern oder großen Konzernen. Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden, steuerst Anforderungen, Stakeholder und Teams und sorgst dafür, dass Projekte strukturiert, termingerecht und wirtschaftlich erfolgreich umgesetzt werden. Dabei überzeugst Du durch Professionalität, Verbindlichkeit und einen pragmatischen Blick auf das Wesentliche.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest, planst, koordinierst und steuerst Online-Projekte in komplexen Stakeholder-Umfeldern für Behörden, öffentliche Auftraggeber und Unternehmen
  • Du begleitest unsere Kunden von der Strategieanalyse über die Implementierung bis hin zum späteren IT-Betrieb und dessen kontinuierlicher Optimierung
  • Du verantwortest die Zielerreichung sowie die Überwachung von Terminen, Ressourcen, Kosten und der Wirtschaftlichkeit.
  • Du führst ein interdisziplinäres Team aus Entwicklern, Test-/DevOps-Engineers sowie ggf. UX/UI-Experten und stellst eine effektive Zusammenarbeit aller Disziplinen sicher
  • Du unterstützt bei der Akquise neuer Projekte und wirkst an der Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Angebote für unsere Kunden mit

Dein Profil

Du fühlst Dich in der Welt digitaler Online-Projekte zu Hause und bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung und Steuerung von Web- und Digitalprojekten mit. Idealerweise hast Du bereits erfolgreich Web-, Portal- oder CMS-Projekte für Behörden, öffentliche Auftraggeber oder große Konzernstrukturen umgesetzt und kennst die damit verbundenen Anforderungen an Kommunikation, Governance und Projektsteuerung. Methoden wie Scrum, SAFe sowie klassische Projektmanagement-Ansätze setzt Du sicher und pragmatisch ein.. Du kommunizierst souverän auf Deutsch, trittst professionell gegenüber Kunden und Stakeholdern auf und übernimmst Verantwortung auch in anspruchsvollen Projektsituationen.
