Z tej strony Neontri - jesteśmy firmą liczącą ponad 120 osób. Specjalizujemy się w dwóch obszarach:

-tworzymy systemy, które zlecają nam nasi Klienci (najczęściej tworzymy coś od zera, albo dodajemy w pełni nowe funkcjonalności) głównie z obszaru: finansowego, bankowego, fin-tech, e-commerce - choć nie tylko :)

-wspieramy naszych Klientów w rekrutacji Specjalistów, a naszym Kandydatom staramy się dobrać jak najlepiej dopasowane oferty (tzw. bodyleasing)

  1. Posiadamy bogate doświadczenie w realizacji dużych, złożonych projektów. Miliony użytkowników codziennie korzystają z aplikacji, które współtworzymy.
  2. Większość projektów jest prowadzona długoterminowo i w sposób zdalny. Dbamy o nasze relacje i możliwość cyklicznych spotkań na integracjach. Staramy się także angażować w akcje charytatywne.
  3. W codziennej współpracy stawiamy nacisk na szczerość, zaufanie i dobre relacje. Projekty realizowane są w mniejszych zespołach ze zróżnicowanym seniority.

Obecnie do naszego wewnętrznego zespołu projektowego poszukujemy doświadczonego Project Managera, który wesprze nas w prowadzeniu projektów i koordynowaniu tematów realizowanych dla naszych klientów.

Pracujemy głównie dla klientów enterprise, w szczególności z sektorów bankowego i ubezpieczeniowego, dlatego projekty, które będziesz prowadzić, mogą obejmować zarówno tematy biznesowe, jak i technologiczne, realizowane w złożonym środowisku organizacyjnym.

Stack Technologiczny: Jira, Confluence, Trello Zespół: będziesz współpracować zarówno z klientami, jak i zespołami technicznymi (zespoły 3-8 osobowe) Tryb współpracy: zdalnie (z otwartością na przyjazdy w razie potrzeby do biura w Warszawie - 1x na 2/3 mc) Wynagrodzenie: 125 - 145 PLN/h + VAT Model współpracy: kontrakt z Neontri

  • masz min. 5 lat doświadczenia jako Project Manager, IT Project Manager lub na podobnym stanowisku,
  • masz doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów w sektorze bankowym – znajomość specyfiki bankowości, procesów, regulacji i pracy w dużej organizacji będzie dla nas dużym atutem,
  • dobrze odnajdujesz się w środowisku enterprise, gdzie projekt angażuje wielu interesariuszy, zespoły biznesowe i techniczne,
  • potrafisz prowadzić kilka tematów jednocześnie i skutecznie ustalać priorytety,
  • jesteś samodzielny/a i bierzesz odpowiedzialność za powierzony projekt
  • dobrze komunikujesz się zarówno z klientem biznesowym, jak i zespołami technicznymi,
  • potrafisz rozpoznać ryzyka, zależności i potencjalne problemy oraz odpowiednio wcześnie na nie reagować,
  • potrafisz porządkować złożone tematy i przekładać je na konkretne działania,
  • swobodnie posługujesz się językiem angielskim

Składa się z 2 etapów:

  1. Krótka (około 30 minutowa) rozmowa online z naszym działem HR,
  2. Online Tech talk (około 1 godziny). Podczas rozmowy pojawią się pytania o doświadczenie oraz sprawdzające wiedzę techniczną.
