neoom ist ein innovativer Anbieter von ganzheitlichen, dezentralen Energielösungen für Unternehmen sowie Privatkunden und treibt die Energiewende mit intelligent vernetzten Systemen aus Hardware, Software und digitalen Services voran. In dieser Rolle leistest du einen entscheidenden Beitrag zum Wachstum von neoom, indem du ein starkes Partnernetzwerk aufbaust und weiterentwickelst. Du befähigst unsere Powerpartner, erfolgreiche Projekte umzusetzen und unsere Lösungen optimal im Markt zu platzieren. So trägst du maßgeblich dazu bei, neoom als führenden Anbieter, insbesondere im C&I-Bereich, zu etablieren.

Deine Rolle im Team

  • Vertrieb von Hardware, Software und digitalen Services an Solarteure, Installateure und Elektriker (Powerpartner)
  • Betreuung, Entwicklung und strategischer Ausbau unseres Partnernetzwerks
  • Beratung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Powerpartner auf Augenhöhe
  • Akquise, Qualifizierung und Onboarding neuer Partner
  • Durchführung von Partnerterminen, Schulungen und Events (vor Ort & digital)
  • Unterstützung von Partnern bei Kundenprojekten, Messen und Präsentationen
  • Entwicklung und Begleitung von C&I-Projekten
  • Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und Pipeline im CRM (HubSpot)
  • Klärung offener Posten und Sicherstellung sauberer Vertriebsprozesse

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Solar- oder Energiebranche
  • Idealerweise praktische Erfahrung im Handwerksumfeld (z. B. bei Installateuren, Elektrikern oder Solarteuren)
  • Erste Erfahrung mit größeren Projekten, insbesondere im C&I-Bereich
  • Vertriebserfahrung ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Ausgeprägte intrinsische Motivation für die Energiewende und die Solarbranche
  • Sehr starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten
  • Überzeugungskraft sowie die Fähigkeit, Partner auf Augenhöhe zu beraten und zu begeistern
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft ist für dich selbstverständlich
