Buscamos um(a) Projetista Mecânico com experiência no desenvolvimento de dispositivos de dobra, estampagem, fixação e ferramentais mecânicos. O profissional será responsável por projetar, acompanhar a fabricação, montagem e validação dos dispositivos, garantindo qualidade, precisão e eficiência nos processos produtivos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesFoco em Desenvolvimento de Dispositivos e FerramentaisProjetar e desenvolver dispositivos de dobra e estampagem de placas anatômicas, ferramentais de conformação, dispositivos de fixação para usinagem e gabaritos de fabricação e controle;Desenvolver projetos mecânicos utilizando softwares CAD 3D, incluindo modelagem de peças, montagens, detalhamento técnico e elaboração de desenhos para fabricação;Desenvolver soluções para processos de dobra e conformação de componentes metálicos, considerando geometria, tolerâncias dimensionais, repetibilidade e características dos materiais;Analisar e aprimorar dispositivos e ferramentais existentes, buscando reduzir deformações indesejadas, marcas superficiais, trincas, retrabalhos e refugos;Acompanhar a fabricação, montagem, testes, ajustes e implementação de novos dispositivos e ferramentais, garantindo sua funcionalidade e desempenho;Desenvolver, implementar e otimizar processos produtivos, com foco em qualidade, produtividade, estabilidade, repetibilidade e redução da dependência de ajustes manuais;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e propor soluções técnicas para redução de custos, aumento da eficiência e padronização dos processos;Definir parâmetros de processo, elaborar especificações técnicas, procedimentos, instruções de trabalho e demais documentos relacionados aos projetos;Participar das atividades de qualificação de equipamentos e dispositivos, incluindo Qualificação de Instalação (QI), Qualificação Operacional (QO) e Qualificação de Desempenho (QD/PQ), conforme aplicável;Assegurar que os projetos, equipamentos e processos atendam aos requisitos de qualidade e às normas aplicáveis à fabricação de dispositivos médicos.Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em projetos de dispositivos de dobra, estampagem, conformação e ferramentais mecânicos;Domínio de softwares CAD 3D, incluindo modelagem, montagens e detalhamento técnico;Conhecimento em processos de fabricação mecânica, usinagem, materiais metálicos e tolerâncias dimensionais;Experiência no acompanhamento da fabricação, montagem e testes de dispositivos;Formação técnica ou superior em Mecânica, Projetos Mecânicos, Engenharia Mecânica ou áreas correlatas;Perfil proativo, organizado, com autonomia técnica e foco em prazos, qualidade e resultados.DiferenciaisExperiência com o software TopSolid;Experiência em projetos de dispositivos de dobra e estampagem de peças com geometrias complexas;Conhecimento em conformação de ligas de titânio e fabricação de implantes ortopédicos será um grande diferencial;Conhecimento em dimensionamento mecânico, análise de esforços e mecanismos de acionamento.
