The posting

Who We Are

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Generalist to help bring Neostella’s campaigns, product stories, and go-to-market programs to life. This role sits at the intersection of campaign marketing, demand generation, content, and product marketing, with responsibility for executing across email, web, content, sales enablement, and other marketing channels.

The ideal candidate has direct experience creating marketing materials and executing campaigns, enjoys variety, and can turn strategy and ideas into high-quality deliverables.

Why This Role Matters Right Now

Neostella is scaling quickly, and as we grow, the way we communicate our brand, products, and expertise becomes increasingly important. Clear, consistent messaging across our digital channels helps educate prospects, engage customers, and support our growth initiatives.

The Marketing Generalist will work closely with the Marketing team and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience to develop and execute marketing initiatives that connect our solutions to customer needs.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of deliverables, manages multiple projects, and works independently with guidance from the team. You should be comfortable translating technical product information into straightforward, engaging content for audiences who may not be familiar with our technology.

What You’ll Manage

You’ll own the execution of key marketing deliverables across email, web, content, and campaign channels. Working closely with Demand Generation, Solutions Marketing, Events, and Design, you’ll help ensure our messaging is consistent, our campaigns are delivered on time, and our marketing materials support business priorities.

This role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring

You combine creativity with execution. You can turn ideas into clear messaging, develop marketing materials yourself, and distribute content through the right channels to reach the intended audience.

You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally. You take ownership of your work, use performance data to inform decisions, and consistently move projects forward.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

  • Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, content, and other digital channels.
  • Develop campaign plans, coordinate deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure campaigns launch on schedule.
  • Support lead generation and demand generation initiatives that increase awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Email Marketing and Marketing Automation

  • Build, test, and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences.
  • Manage audience segmentation, messaging, scheduling, and campaign workflows.
  • Use marketing automation and CRM tools to support campaign execution, lead engagement, and reporting.

Content Development and Copywriting

  • Write and edit marketing copy for emails, landing pages, website content, blogs, social media, and campaign materials.
  • Translate technical product capabilities into clear, customer-focused messaging.
  • Develop content that supports different stages of the buyer journey and reinforces consistent product positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to turn complex information into useful, engaging content.

Website and Digital Marketing

  • Create and maintain website content and landing pages that support campaigns and marketing objectives.
  • Apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility and organic traffic.
  • Optimize digital content based on performance and audience engagement.

Analytics and Optimization

  • Track and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Monitor metrics such as email engagement, website traffic, conversions, and marketing-qualified leads.
  • Use performance data to evaluate results and recommend improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience to align messaging with customer needs and business priorities.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather input, manage approvals, and deliver marketing materials.
  • Manage competing priorities while maintaining quality, accuracy, and deadlines.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in B2B technology, SaaS, or a similar environment.
  • Demonstrated experience executing marketing campaigns and producing deliverables independently.
  • Experience building email campaigns and working with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, or similar tools.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience developing marketing copy and customer-facing content.
  • Experience creating or managing website content, landing pages, blogs, or other digital marketing assets.
  • Working knowledge of campaign analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and adapt messaging to different audiences.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Benefits

  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Retirement Plan (401k)
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation & Holidays)

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
