  • 임직원 IT 고객지원 및 서비스 관리
  • IT 자산관리 (HW/SW)
  • IT 구매 업무 (비딩,입찰,솔루션,클라우드)
  • 전사 SW 라이선스 운영 관리
  • 공용 IT 인프라 운영 관리 (TPS통신실, 네트워크 공사, OA)

자격 요건

  • IT운영, IT자산관리, IT구매 중 1개 이상의 분야에서 관련 직무 경험이 3년 이상이신 분
  • PC,주변기기, 네트워크 등 기본 IT 환경에 대한 이해도가 있는 분
  • 임직원 IT 문의 및 일반적인 트러블슈팅 대응 경험 있는 분

우대 사항

  • 게임업계/IT 기업 근무 경력을 보유하신 분
  • IT 구매(HW) 및 SW 라이선스 관리
  • AI,자동화 툴을 활용하여 업무 효율화 및 자동화를 경험하신 분
