Η NEPA Economic Consulting, μια δυναμικά αναπτυσσόμενη εταιρεία λογιστικών, φορολογικών και συμβουλευτικών υπηρεσιών, αναζητά έναν έμπειρο Accounting Manager | Team Supervision & Client Advisory για την ενίσχυση της διοικητικής της ομάδας.

Αναζητούμε έναν επαγγελματία που θα αναλάβει την εποπτεία των λογιστικών ομάδων, διασφαλίζοντας την ποιότητα των υπηρεσιών μας και την αποτελεσματική εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών μας.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Επίβλεψη, συντονισμός και καθοδήγηση των λογιστικών ομάδων.
  • Έλεγχος της ορθής τήρησης λογιστικών βιβλίων και φορολογικών υποχρεώσεων.
  • Παρακολούθηση εργασιών, προθεσμιών και ποιότητας παραδοτέων.
  • Έλεγχος οικονομικών καταστάσεων, ισοζυγίων και οικονομικών αναφορών (Reporting).
  • Επισκέψεις σε πελάτες, διαχείριση σύνθετων λογιστικών θεμάτων και παροχή συμβουλευτικής υποστήριξης.
  • Ανάπτυξη και βελτίωση εσωτερικών διαδικασιών και αποτελεσματικότητας των ομάδων.
  • Συνεργασία με τη Διοίκηση για την επίτευξη των επιχειρησιακών στόχων.

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ Λογιστικής ή Οικονομικής κατεύθυνσης.
  • Άδεια Λογιστή – Φοροτεχνικού Α΄ Τάξης (ΟΕΕ).
  • Τουλάχιστον 7 έτη εμπειρίας στη λογιστική και φορολογική διαχείριση, ιδανικά με προηγούμενη εμπειρία εποπτείας ομάδας.
  • Άριστη γνώση ΕΛΠ, ΦΠΑ, φορολογικής νομοθεσίας, διπλογραφικών βιβλίων και myDATA.
  • Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση εταιρικών πελατών και στην επίλυση σύνθετων λογιστικών ζητημάτων.
  • Ικανότητες Leadership, Team Management και αποτελεσματικής επικοινωνίας.
  • Δυνατότητα μετακίνησης σε εγκαταστάσεις πελατών.
  • Δικαίωμα εργασίας στην Ελλάδα.
  • Εμπειρία άνω των 10 ετών στον χώρο της χρηματοοικονομικής και λογιστικής θα εκτιμηθεί.
