The posting

Supporting a large offshore wind platform fabrication project, you will be responsible for overseeing the instrumentation packages, including inspections of equipment, completion and commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities include

• Ensure health, safety, and environmental procedures are followed onsite

• Review engineering documents on instrumentation for all systems on the platform

• Participate in workshops as part of the design process

• Witness the receival inspections of relevant equipment

• Inspect the correct installation of instruments on site during scheduled inspections and surveillance walks

• Oversee the relevant mechanical completion and commissioning activities

• Interface to the yard team

• Track progress of all assigned activities

• Prepare the reporting to the Discipline Lead

• Report non-conformities and follow up on root cause analysis and corrective actions

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience with HVDC converter platforms is essential

• Technical background (vocational or bachelor level) in a related technical field

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with instrumentation systems in the offshore or maritime industry.

• Experience with international and national standards such as DNV, ISO/EN/DIN/NEN, IEC etc.
