At NestifyTech Solutions, We’re seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. This internship is ideal for someone eager to gain real-world HR experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in job postings, resume screening, and candidate outreach.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Support recruitment events and campus hiring initiatives.
  • Help maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.
  • Conduct market research on hiring trends and talent pools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Interest in HR, recruitment, and employer branding.
